Still (but for a limited time) we provide the exercise bands we use in the classes. For some of the classes and especially the gym programs Dumbbells are required. A foam roller also can be used in some of the classes but we offer alternative ways of doing these exercises if you don’t have them.

Also included in our bonuses is a massage ball so you can do our self massage bonus videos.
Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password. If you forgot your password and need to reset it: Click Forgot Password on the Login page, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

Yes, when playing the video just press the screen. Then you will see in the top left corner beside the Back button. This Icon . Press this and it will share the video to the screen.

PLEASE NOTE: This won’t bring up your back position on the screen.

If you want to see your back position sensor then it is better to Mirror your screen.

Just mirror the screen and then click into the App and videos as normal. This will bring it up onto your screen with the sensor position shown also.

Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere! While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
